Mireille Louis Charles serves as Senior Program Director for the Green Family Foundation. Prior to joining the Green Family Foundation, Mireille worked as Senior Development Director at United Way of Miami-Dade, the largest not-for-profit organization in Miami-Dade focused on improving education, financial stability and health. During her tenure at United Way, Mireille also concentrated her efforts on informing, involving and creating partnerships with the Haitian and Caribbean communities in Miami.
